Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that the fee is 25% (less than 24 h), 35% (less than 12 h) or 50% (less than 2 h) of the price, and 100% for a no-show — also when you pay the driver in cash. We charge the fee by PayPal payment request. A new hotel or address in the same area, a flight number or the number of passengers can be changed free of charge. Where does the driver pick me up in Bangkok?
At your hotel or address in Bangkok: write it in the booking. West of the Chao Phraya river (Thonburi side) adds ฿100–200. You get the driver's name, photo and plate the day before.
